Snowmobilers Wanted

Snowmobilers are welcomed at the Econo Lodge of Traverse City. With a large, plowed parking area for your trailer and easy access to the Boardman Valley Trail, make us your snowmobiling base camp. The Boardman Valley Trail accounts for 81 miles of the approximately 200 miles of groomed trails in the Grand Traverse Area, with connections to other area trails.

Within minutes, you can ride your sleds from our parking lot to The West Trail of the Boardman Trail System entering the trail at either The Hoosier Valley Staging Area next to the Northern Michigan Fairgrounds or off Beitner Road, starting your exploration of the trails throughout Grand Traverse and surrounding counties. Trail maps are available at our front desk. Trail conditions are updated on the Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile website at www.gtareasnowmobile.com.

February 3, 2012 Weekend

The newly renovated Econo Lodge of Traverse City offers Taste the Passion participants a rate of $159.90 + tax for a two night stay, plus two Taste the Passion tickets and a special gift at check in. Guests have their choice of rooms with one king bed or two queen beds. Rooms with spa tubs are available on a first come first served basis. After a day of riding, sit back and relax in our pool and hot tub. Or reserve a room with a spa tub for relaxing in private.
